Save yourself the headache and look for another reputable used car dealership

Do not be fooled by the many 5 stars reviews those are for sales reviews which the salesperson asks you to give them and not the after-care service, their after-care is non-existent. They sell defective cars and pass them off as "In good condition" This is a dealership that sells second-hand cars without 6 months warrant to protect you as the consumer as per the Consumer Protection Act. But rest ensure the salesperson will verbally communicate with you that if you notice issues with the car they will gladly resolve it. The cars are strategically staged so that you do not see any mechanical issues, drive the car for a couple of weeks and you start to experience mechanical problems. Issues that they will refuse to address which a complete violation of consumer rights. The vehicle I purchased from them started leaking engine oil, gearbox oil, and coolant within 2 months of ownership. This is an M performance car which is very costly to repair. Such business practices should not be allowed in South Africa
