Rather Don't Waste Your Time Dealing With This Dealership

I feel that even 1 star is too much!

This morning we called expressing an interest in a second hand vehicle. We asked for a written quote only to be told they were "busy" and we should wait until 3pm once payroll was done. The representative Rickyle Governder even hung up on me while I was explaining to him we were waiting on him for this quote!

We eventually received the quote only to be HORRIFIED with R27 000 in extras - when we were told telephonically in the morning by Rickyle that "the vehicle comes with a warranty and inspection". I was advised by my banker that the warranty was not necessary for finance. However the dealership insisted we had to take their EXHORBITANTLY priced warranty - not to mention the crazy license fee of R4500.

Needless to say we have not accepted the quote and will NEVER look at this dealership again!
