PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC!!!

I am a dealer that purchased a H1 bus from Luciano, well I thought I did. I have asked them to invoice me the vehicle and also asked them to mail me the copy Natis for me to prepare payment.2 days later I only get the copy of the Natis. then a few ours later I get a phone call to tell me that they have actually sold the vehicle. My client has left from far to come and sign for the vehicle. Now I have to ask them to please turn around as the supplying dealer has turned around and sold the vehicle without having the decency of phoning and confirming that we still taking the vehicle. We did take the car at the price they advertised the vehicle. we did not even tried to negotiate a discounted deal. According to Louis that is the company policy to put down a R5000.00 holding deposit on a vehicle. Well if only they tell you that from the beginning then you can make a plan to arrange that. But that was not even mentioned when we arranged to buy the vehicle from them. I think this is pathetic from a company that want to be known as a dealer that is fair and just.
