Nightmarish experience when I bought a car from Bryanston Executive Cars

I acquired a vehicle (BWM 320d) from Bryanston Executive Cars in February, following taking possession of the vehicle switching on the radio it was very apparent that the audio quality was not up to standard for that type of car.

By the time it was dark and riding on the highway, visibility was not great because the headlights were faulty and there was an awful vibration in the steering wheel, the handbrake could not keep the car parked on an incline either.

When I took the car for an inspection of the suspension and wheel alignment I was informed that one of the shock absorbers was not seated properly, four and three wheels were buckled.

This was after I was assured that the car had been through a road worthy test prior to taking ownership of the vehicle.

Later on a rainy day I noticed that the wind screen washer was not working because it cannot hold water and also water was leaking into the car somehow because the floor was wet, and water was dripping from where the interior parts met the windscreen.

After having these items repaired by myself, because I could not be without a car and the dealership outright refused to provide me with a car while repairing these items, I took a trip to cape town. One day while driving around in the western cape my left rear tire got punctured and was completely flat. This was odd because the vehicle should have been fitted with run flats, this being the case there was also no spare wheel and I was completely stranded and had to have the car toed in on a flat bed truck for a flat tyre.

My woes continue one day when I lock the key inside the boot of the car. When the spare key arrived, the key fob could not unlock the car. What it seemed like is that the spare key fob was from some other car and key was just laser cut and handed to me in a fob that was not for my car. I had to call BMW on call to come and assist me to unlock the vehicle because even having the spare laser cut key cannot unlock nor start the vehicle.

This event was after 3 months of driving the vehicle with no number plates or registration disc for the vehicle because I am still to this day not been provided the afore mentioned and now I am unable to operated the vehicle because the temporary permit expired long ago.
