My purchase experience from Be Cars.

It's been a week since I picked up my new daily driver from BE Cars. A week prior I went through, I live in a different province about 4 hrs away so it took longer than usual, to view the car. Gettig there and going through the car you spot the usual wear and tear of a car thst has seen some life but overall it was in very good condition. I was helped by Karl since the beginning and even after the sale went through and the service I received was beyond what I expected. The following day, after majority of the paperwork was completed rather swiftly I might add. I went to the dealer, however during the last prep work to ensure the car was fine they found the fuel guage not working when they filled the tank. Both Karl amd Luciano came to me and explained to me the situation. The fact they even mentioned it to begin with and didn't hide it like most other horror stories was a good sign of faith and ethics. So with some diagnosing and following up every now and then I was back at the dealer after a week. It was working again. No hassle no fuss. We went through a post inspection, signed the paperwork and off I was with my car. To this day since, I am happy with my purchase and the after sales service I received thus far. Being in another province, registration takes a bit longer and admittedly I was a bit of a nuisance asking almost daily for an update but Karl came through everytime. Tl:dr I went to buy a car with in mind faults and flaws, things to look for and to inspect with the specific vehicle make and model in mind, it is a second hand vehicle after all, found a really good match and purchased it. The service was, in my opinion very good and to the point. No run arrounds at all. I would definitely buy a vehicle there again if and when I'm in the market.
