Lower than expected customer service

I bought a Vehicle from bryanston executive cars the 27th of October 2018, took delivery of the vehicle from Gary Gray and a/c not working, promised to sort it out but all kinds of excuses so let’s just leave it there. Now two weeks down the line still no license or number plates on the bakkie (which were included in my finance) and the temporary permit expires tomorrow and the sales man Gary Gray just keeps telling me I will call you back or he just ignores me. I would have recommended be-cars to friends and family but with this kind of service after they got their money I would rather NOT recommend them to anyone, please guys rather spend your hard earned money somewhere else where you will get value for your money.
