Incompetence and ineptitude - don't buy a car from Bryanston Executive Cars

My husband tried to purchase a car from Bryanston executive cars in April 2021 and paid the full purchase price on 29th April 2021. To date, 8 MONTHS later he has yet to received the license and registration for the car.

For 8 months, he has been requesting – on a weekly basis – that the car be registered in his name and very week there has been a different story and a different excuse from Bryanston executive cars in this matter. With each excuse he has had to provide more information, send through different documentation and at great inconvenience to himself arrange to collect temporary licenses so that he is not on the road *******ly in an unregistered and unlicenced car. The final straw is that now that the car needs to be returned to go through roadworthy AGAIN as this has expired. In the meantime the car has developed mechanical faults which we believe are "before sale" quick fixes and the car will not be able to pass the roadworthy test.

We are now out of pocket with an unlicenced and unregistered car that is not roadworthy and Bryanston Executive Cars seems unable to assist us.
