From Sales Service - Building Relationships

I'll start by mentioning that my dream car was for sale here when I was searching the internet. Saw the price - dropped an email - boom - received a call within an hour about the car and that I could have a test drive booked for the following day. The agent who spoke to me goes by the name of Jerome (full of energy like you wouldn't believe, straight to the point and friendly). He setup the meeting on the Saturday and VOILA!!! I was sold. Paper work sorted on Monday and in my car next ****erally, not figuratively!) . So on a final note - Jerome was just phenomenal through every step of the purchase, to the delivery and still is (relationships don't end after delivery) WOW!! And a 12/10 for Shakiera who arranged some finance out for me hassle free. I cannot forget Shakiera's professionalism and efficiency. Both of you MAKE BRYANSTON EXECUTIVE CARS!
