Fantastic service from Annamarie

<p>I bought a H1 bakkie from the dealership in February which was a smooth and quick process to finalise. However 5 months down the line the bakkies motor decided to go. i have 1 bakkie for my business and without it, my business takes strain because I need to hire a trailer daily. in the begining i was concerned about what was going to happen and who was going to pay for this. Thats when Annamarie got involved and took the time to understand my situation and look for solutions to resolve this matter. She went above and beyond her call of duty and approahed the head of warranty solutions to kindly get involved and do what they can. Annamarie pushed and guided the process to a successful ending for me, where all cost would be covered on the replacement and fixing of my bakkie. I am honestly truely grateful for Annamarie and her exceptional service and understanding to get this matter resolved with out costing her client 1cent. well done and thank you.</p>
