DISAPPOINTED TRAVELLING WITH EXPIRED PERMINTS FOR 2 WEEKS WITH NO RESPONSE FROM DEALER

I bought a car in July and was told that the Plate and Disk would be renewed within two weeks. My permit has expired and when I ask for updates I do not get responded to and I am always ignored to date. It has been 2 weeks now I am driving and travelling with an expired permit as I do not know what is the way forward. I also complained about noise in the front suspension and I was told that the car is okay by the sales agent, they did not bother to check and to date the car has noise which I intend to get it fixed at an authorized specialist since Bryanston and Team ignore my questions and they never get back to queries, you left alone to be stranded as a customer. They are good at convincing you to buy and very bad at providing care and responses to questions you have for them.

Very dissatisfied with the treatment we given and the way they handle matters of urgency. I mean how do you travel with an expired permit on the road for 2 weeks what kind of dealership are they who take roadworthiness forgranted.
