Customer Experience Review - TJ Labuschagne

I recently bought a car from Bryanston Executive Cars. The sales executive I dealt with was TJ Labuschange.

Of all the vehicle sales execs I have dealt with in my life, TJ stands out above the rest. He provides friendly service, honest advice, he is efficient and professional, he prioritizes the customer and he goes the extra mile to make sure that the customer's experience with BEC is memorable and effortless.

The first thing I noticed when I sat down with TJ at his desk, was a "session exec of the month" trophy that was humbly hidden away behind his computer screen. After my experience with him was complete, I understood why he was given that award. Any time I'm in the market again, I know where to go and who to ask for.

TJ is an outstanding human being and must surely be a valuable asset to his employer.

For the dealership as a whole - they are a professional establishment with an apparently cohesive team, and what is refreshing is that the business owner (Luciano), despite running a large-scale operation, is available to personally interact with the customers and make sure they are satisfied.

Overall - 5-star experience!
