Car service pre collection

<p>The staff are awesome, the owner is the typical second hand car sales man that we all talk about. I bought a Renault Koleos 3 weeks ago, the s belt has shredded. Even though they claimed a full service was done the Owner now claims that a S belt shredding itself is normal wear and tear- seriously!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely a normal service would have checked this? Surely the owner of a Dealership would want customers to return and or at the very least refer new client? As is the car needs to have the front disks skimmed, luckily at their cost. A S belt done by me at my own cost is orobably a few hundred Rand, the owner is prepared to accept reputational loss for that then let him continue to dig his own grave.</p> <p>I hope all potential buyers read this, look at who they are dealing with and go elsewhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dishonest chop.</p> <p> </p>
