Bad Service Received

Customer service is very poor. I recently bought a used 2007 Audi A4 and I understood that i was buying a secondhand car. They did not service the car before purchase and I had to bring it back days later to be serviced. There were sounds coming off the wheels before and after the service and they never fixed them and told me it's my responsibility to claim from warranty.<br> <br> The temporary licence expired without getting any feedback from them. I had to call them every now and again to find out what's going on. They are only interested in car sales than customer service. No sense of ownership from them.
