Bad Quality control & refusal to rectify or assist

<p>A vehicle was purchased, with the impression that it was mechanically functional. 7 Days after purcahse the gear box broke, and the clutch went. They now insist that they are not liable even though the consumer protection act says otherwise. Unfortunately now we are stuck having to go through the terrible process of legal action.</p> <p>Be careful, their contracts are not in-line with CPA rules/terms.</p>
