Appalling after sales service

Terrible after sales service from Gary who made promises he could not keep or follow through. I have had to run after him and still 8 months down the line he doesn't bother to follow up and I am sick an tired of asking and running after Gary. I will never support the company very disappointed with the appalling after sales service
