After Sale Service Is The Worst

<p>Bought a car from them and after purchase I discovered that they do not really check that everything is good with the car before reselling. They had no idea there was a recall for that model from the manufacturer to replace the gasket manifold and bleeder, had no idea when the last service was done on the car (it takes on phone call and the manufacturer can pull that info for you), one of the tyres had no treads (the company that does their road worthy tests alerted them of this but they did nothing until I returned to them and showed them what hazzard that was for me) maybe they were hoping I would not notice until its late). After you buy a car from them their after sale customer service is not good at all and as a result I would not return to them or recommend them to anyone. Maybe they are making so much money they need not worry about retaining clients or ensuring they get good referrals.</p> <p> </p> <p>They said they would do a oil change service for me but nothing since then. </p>
