Disgusting service from Boxman Bryanston..

I am most appaled by the pathetic service I have received. I purchased two matrress covers for moving, they were quite pricey, and when I returned home, I managed to find them cheaper somewhere else. They were over R100 each and I found them for 40. I returned to the store the very next day, the items where not even opened. When I asked for a refund I was told they dont do refunds, I can take something else in the store. its their policy to not do refunds. Sign in store only says " no refunds in boxes". When I challenged the owner Willis, who dealt with me via his shop assistant on whatsapp, dispicable customer service, he refused to acknowledge this and said that sign is applicable to all items in store. So either I did not pass matric and my intelligence level is zero, but "no refunds on boxes" is very different to "no refunds on all items".. I tried calling their Regional Head office and the GM Lenie was also non the helpeful and she said its "their policy" and its a franchise store she cant help, gave me Willis vell no. When I called him to advise that the CPA says I have a right to a refund ,he started screaming and shouting at me on the phone and slammed the phone down on me..I am disgusted and appalled by such customer service and a lack there of.. this is how customers get treated,and a refusal for a refund when the sign says "no refunds on boxes".. I will never suport any Boxman.. a complete lack of concern for the customer.. shame on you
