Stole my money!

What a disappointing experience working with Derek and Bernadette from Bryanston Appliances. We have been using and referring this company for years. But after this experience we will never use or refer them again! Their before sale service was good, their service at our house was questionable when they walked through our apartment, away from where they were supposed to be working, looking at all our photos and personal effects, a real invasion of privacy if you ask me, but their after sale service has been absolutely shocking! Due to poor communication on behalf of Derek, on the day of repair, I over payed my bill by R 400.00. Not a massive amount, I thought it would be easy enough to get refunded. After numerous, unanswered emails and phone calls to Bernadette to try and sort out a refund we eventually got hold of Derek and wished we hadn't. He called us 'stupid' for overpaying and said he doesn't have time to refund us, even after us offering to come directly to the workshop to collect the refund. Do not use this company! They are ****** and should learn to treat people with respect.
