I have been using this company for many years. There service has always been excellent. They have always gone above and beyond to find spare parts or second hand spare parts when new ones were unavailable or very expensive. They have provided solid advice on repair vs replace. This is an honest, hard working family run business that delivers excellent service. I have had my dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and vacuum cleaner all repaired by Derrick and his team. Bernadette always quotes before hand and communicates frequently with regards to progress, often giving me a loan machine if the repair will take time.
