Bad Service from Ex Bergens now Bryanston appliance Repairs

I delivered my Microwave (Model Number ME0113M1 written down personally by Derek the owner) to Bryanston Appliance Repairs - previously called Bergens on the 26th of November. Derek , the claimed owner advised me they will quote for the repair and phone me back. After numerous phone calls and discussions I was eventually quoted for the repair. They offered to deliver my Microwave at my home in my absence. On my return I was shocked to notice that it is not my microwave and that the turn table and track that was with the original microwave is now missing. Derek returned another customers older microwave Model ME0113M without the 1 at the end which is the previous Model! Needless to say Derek stated he must have written the Model number down incorrectly and that the microwave delivered is the correct one, got abusive over the issue and stated it is my problem as I am trying to accuse him of *****ing. So a warning to Customers out there - Be Careful ! Needless to say that even my little daughter asked why did we get a different microwave back ? - Small children don't lie. I now have an inferior microwave with no track or plate inside. I emailed Derek the proof (Job Card and photos of the two different Models showing the correct one that is missing ? ). However Derek is not interested in doing what is right. I is not worth taking up the issue with Consumer protection for R850 !- not worth the effort and time, owner not the kind that does straight business and he threatens to get physical when he is confronted with the truth.
