Good day,

I would like to lodge a complaint against the following company Bruxs Solution.

I've paid 6K in full for CCTV installation of 2 cameras. The first team on site struggled and had to return a couple times.

The cameras are now up and running, after someone ells was sent to complete the installation.

The problem I have now is that the first group of guys did a sup par installation, connection the monitor via LAN. This causes red dots op the display.

I have now gone and perchaced an additional HDIM cable at my expense. Requesting the cable be installed with NO visible wires showing is now an issue. I have been through the same process sorting out the trunking. Every time someone is sent to complete the job am asked for additional fuel money.

I have now spent money on the HDMI cable as well as fuel money for trunking to be installed. Yet again to hide the HDMI cable I need to spend more on Fuel

The owner +*** is not help full nor is the team prepared to do the job.

This is an upward struggle since day one.

Job is not done?????????????????
