a month later, still no paid up letter

I am very annoyed at how i settled my account and between Capitec Bank and Bruwer Inc, nobody knows what they are doing. I settled my account with Bruwer so i am expecting you to give me the paid up later. You promise to return my calls by end of business and nothing happens. Maybe it's high time i take the story to the papers. the money is reflecting and you have received it. what is the hold up???
