Appreciation Post Brütech Ewald Majewski

I needed to make this appreciation post as I think its only fair where credit is due, especially after many negative posts/comments about Brutech in general (from at least what I have observed as of recent – maybe I am wrong).

Background information: I recently approached Brutech for a new computer system for part gaming and heavy video editing use for my father. I estimated on a budget of approximately 16-18k (without GPU – prices are too inflated at current due to socio-economic factors as we all know), pushing for more higher hardware components on CPU and RAM instead (to last a little longer than buying budget build and forcing to upgrade in a year or two again). I am also located in the Western Cape as opposed to Brutech being in Secunda, Mpumalang – meaning shipping is a must.

Customer Service: Excellent. I need to comment Ewald for his ongoing and supportive role as such. In my opinion, no matter the company, widely commercialized and/or non-commercialized companies fail largely due to the lack of customer and after-sales support – even for a simple question. In my instance, I had communicated through facebook messenger as this was the most convenient communication medium for me. Ewald has kept comms with me, moreso, presenting me video snippets and pictures of the build from start to finish and further communicated until the courier service arrived at my doorstep this morning to deliver this package. Well done on your personalized support in this regard. As a customer this left a very satisfying feeling of “customer first” business approach – an important one many businesses miss as stated previously.

Pricing: In-line with standard market prices. Beats many local and commercialized businesses in terms of pricing

ANTEC NX400 GAMING CASE 7. GAMMAX 300 CPU COOLER (additional item also given free) valued -+R400 Valued at (incl TAX) to about +-R17000 (just under)

Thanks for the personal note as well as pre-building the system, testing and shipping without any hiccups (and not including additional charges into this) You have my continued support especially when considering value for money during COVID19 and related times.
