Brussow Holistic Health Solutions in Pierneef Street, Pretoria has NO PATIENT RELATIONSHIP. They do not communicate to patients AT ALL regarding an outstanding invoice. Even though the patient receives a monthly statement from the medical aid, I expect a consider it good practice to communicate to the patient before handing the matter over to a debt collector. No email with the outstanding invoice, no phone call. I am deeply disappointed and will never consider consulting them again.
