Been waiting 3 months for roof to get fixed.

In January we contacted Bruno's Paving to fix our roof and replace the table top of our sink in the kitchen. Nico took a picture of the table top when he did the quote, but replaced it with a totally different one. And only saying afterwards they could not find the right one. A month later they found one very close to what we had and it got replaced. Now 3 months later the roof is done half way. Every time I phone I get excuses about suppliers, ect. The problem is my roof is not fixed, they have been paid and they are doing nothing. They do not phone me and tell me there is a delay. I have to call... over and over again. This is the worst service I have ever gotten.
