Salesman stops sale to help customer

<p>When my car was ****** I needed new wheels in a hurry.</p> <p> </p> <p>I know little about cars and asked Naeem of Bruma Nissan to help me get a suitable car. The first car that I selected I was prepared to take. However, Naeem sent it for an inspection and because of wear that he identified, he advised me not to take it. The next care I found was a Chev Cruz. It seemed fine and I agreed to buy it right away. Naeem then took the car for a test drive and concluded that the car needed new shock absorbers which he built into the price and a arranged to have shocks fitted all around. </p> <p> </p> <p>Both times I was prepared to take the car "as is", but Naeem was professional enough to intervene in my interest to ensure that I got a fair deal without any disappointments. This was my second satisfactory purchase from Bruma Nissan.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not think that such service is common in any industry and I commend Naeem and Bruma Nissan on a customer centred attitude. </p>
