Nissan Bruma Faulty Car
I am Franco Gagiano. I bought a Nissan Micra Active from Bruma Nissan. I paid cash for it and then my money was good enough for them. I found out that the car service record started in August 2019 and i bough the car in December 2019. Was registered in January 2020. I bought the car from Mirrion the dealer and was told its a new car. This car was a floor model and i was not told about this. Seem like it was a demo as well. I spoke to Marion about my problems with the car and she asked me to bring it in. The radio`s microphone is faulty according to them. They have to take the radio out and either fix it or replace it. Its a new car suppose to be. Also the car sounds like a trekker when you pull off. The Service Manager Eugene drove with me with the car and said yes there is something wrong with the car as it sounds like the gearbox or clutch. They will have to fix this. The boot had to be re adjusted as it scratched and chipped the rear bumper. Now they want to re spray the bumper. Then there is some rattles in the car that does not sound good. After the car was with them for the 1st service they wrote that there is nothing wrong with the car`s engine but when Eugene drove with me he said there is something wrong. I spoke to Nissan South Africa and they suggested i took the car to Kempton Park Nissan. I drove with the Service Manager a white guy and he said there is something very wrong with the car. They said i had to take the car back to Nissan Bruma as they are not the dealing branch. So I did take the car back. This all a new car. I don`t think its fair from them to just repair. What is going to happen with the car down the line. Leave me next to the road. I went to see the owner(Indian Guy) (Was not told his name) of the business and he was not aware of any of this. He and Eugene said they would contact Nissan South Africa and ask the guys that work with faults come and re look the car. Eugene from Bruma Nissan contacted me on Tuesday the 1st of September 2020 and said they are waiting for Nissan South Africa and i will have to bring the car in to Nissan Bruma when they are there. This was suppose to be Thursday the 3rd or Friday the 4th. No one called me again. I need this issue to be resolved as how can you sell a car that is not correct. Sounds like a Trekker, Radio not working. Scratched bumper from the factory. Noises in the car. It is just not fair at all. They want to fix it all. So then it leaves me with not even a 2nd hand car but a 3rd rated car. I do not have their email address. You may send it to them. Hope we can resolve this its almost December again.
