Bad Consumer Treatment

We bought a brand new Nissan NP300 and a new Nissan NP200 on the 4 March 2017, have had endless hassles with the vehicle NP300 and broken down twice with the NP200.

We retunred the NP300 on the 10 March 2017 and until today nor Nissan Bruma - Hussain Rajah nor Nissan SA have been able to resolve the matter. Have made endless calls back and forth with neither party taking any responsibility, needless to say we still have not had this issue resolved. Nissan Bruma is holding Nissan SA accountable and Nissan SA is holding Nissan Bruma accountable. How difficult can it be, the consumer protection act is clear, as the consumer we need to afford the supplier (Nissan Bruma) the opportunity to repair the vehicle which we have done and they have not been able to sort the vehicle out as yet. We no longer want the NP300 as we have lost faith in the nature in which responsibility has been taken or the lack thereof. No replacement required simply a full refund on the NP300!!!! Honeslty amazed that a consumer can deal with a corporate company of this statute and receive this type of treatment. Very disappointing experience to say the least!
