ITS A DUMP...STAY FAR AWAY

Myself and my partner stayed in this lodge for a night and it was a nightmare, we called in advance asking about their prices, the lady said it's R450 per night, on arrival I produced my card and was charged R650, I luckily looked at the bank notification on my phone and asked the lady why the extra R200, she said it's a mistake and proceeded to say she can't reverse it, after some back and forth she then changed and said actually the R450 is for 2 hours and R650 for the night, she then said we must pay another R400 for a key deposit in which we said no way, she took the driver's license instead. Off we went to our room, the room is sp****ly furnished with broken down furniture, the blankets are thin and smell, there are no heaters. We spent a cold night huddled together as we didn't want to drive around looking for another hotel at night. We left at the first light and they had the gall to go check the room before giving us the drivers license, I mean who would ***** that junk in the room. Worst dump
