Worst service received in my life

<p>I must just share my experience with everyone... I app**** for a loan with Bruma on the 29th of March. Today 12 May they are still missing info on my app. I've been contacted by 3 different consultants (Situko, Makhaza and Zama) who I then had to s**** the process with all over again. This is not how anyone should be treated. Especially when they need the services YOU offer and you qualify. I'm sure you would've been of much more use to your company when it's time to do collections from unpaid installments!!! </p>
