Worst Finance Creditors service ever

I app**** online for credit on the 5th of March and today it's the 14th of March still no pay out. I was called on Friday to confirm the application online and told that the pay out will be between 3 and 4pm nothing happened n today this morning I decided to call them back because no one is even trying to get back to me if there is a problem. I spoke to Thulani he told me that the Authorisation dept tried calling my employer on Friday twice and there was no answer from them. This he tells me now when I decided to call them. No one from there bothered to call me and tell me the issue. They have my payslips which have my employers details couldn't they have called the number displayed on my pay slip instead of waiting for me to call them back or bothered themselves to call me back and tell me if the problem they are experiencing in order the for them to make the payment? Worst service ever and am thinking of cancelling the credit request. When you email no one gets back to you on the email yet you mst send documents to those emails and no one acknowledges that they have received the emails unless you contact them and ask.
