WHAT DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR SCREAMING AT ME TRYING

i have been emailing Bruma finance since the end of September to make a payment arrangement as life has given us a turn and my husband is now unemployed I have offered to pay R500.00 a month until my Husband gets a job at the end of January this Peter (absolute no customer service skills) called me today at my office I advised him to call me back at 12:00 on my lunch break he refused and kept on threatening me so eventually he took my number when he called me back at 12:00 he was screaming at me and telling me i am a **** this is so disgusting and brought me to tears as where I am currently is not a easy place and to have the service received is appalling I will advise all my friends and family as well put this on all social media threads not to EVER use BRUMA FINANCE my offer was declined by Peter and he kept telling me he will not accept my offer so can someone put this on writing as I will now go further because of the treatment received I hope your calls are recorded so you can listen to this I have screenshots of the calls please let me know - thank you form a client who has been loyal for 3 years now and I am now in an absolute state of TEARS and shock!!!
