What a Pleasure

I was on the phone the whole day to get a loan, with unfriendly people, until Bruma contacted me. A lady by the name of Simphiwe Manana assisted me and what a pleasure she was! She is great at her job and so friendly - in today's world you don't get a lot a people like her - she's a star :-)
