UTTER INCOMPETENCE!!!

I submitted an application for a loan through BrumaF.Initial contact wit Ndyebo in the sales was so easy nd painless he is very helpful however my experience with the consultant handling the application has been so tedious I don't think I EVER want to do business with Bruma.Karyn just refuses 2 contact a person with any sort of update or feedback and one contacts her then suddenly she advises that she's missing docs or something is o/s. So if I didn't phone when would she have advised she still needs docs-this already being a week later. My loan was eventually declined and I decided to let my husband apply- Karyn already having the relevant docs meant that the application going through her would be easier,I emailed her a new application form and once again it's a week later,no feedback, she promises 2 call and never does, when one calls her to check up on the application she has excuses that don't make sense!And claims that she hasn't received the docs, once again u have my contact details why not call if you \haven't received anything\".This is UTTER INCOMPITENCE, ppl apply for loans when they have real emergencies the last thing u need is ignorance to cause delays when u in need!"
