Unhelpful company

Well, being a loyal client help NOT one bit when you have a crisis!!! I have had many loans with Bruma over the years which have all been settled excepting a newish one which is still ongoing. I have a medical emergency and called to apply for a loan for the amount I required. According to the call centre I do not qualify as I have not paid off 3 months of the newer loan and that my previous payment history does not help as it is against company policy!!! Believe me that this WILL be the last time I make use of their services! Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!
