Balance show zero on statement just to have Bruma Finance add additional charges and expecting payment. Send statement wit balance of 57.00 odd rand. Refer this to the Ombudsman still waiting for reply. In the mean time Bruma activated 2 debit orders totalling over R800. Refuse to pay. Account was paid up. Totally ******** the call centre and collections dept from Bruma still just doingvwhatvthey want.</p>
