Settlement Quotation

On 04 December 2015, I contacted BRUMA for a settlement amount which came to R3521.73 (even though as in October 2015 the balance due was R3079.97). Nevertheless, I paid but now they say I am still owing monthly fee after I had settled my account within the same month of the settlement letter.
