SETTLEMENT LETTER NOT RECEIVED

I called your callcentre on the 27/01/2015 and asked for my settlement letter, the lady said it will be emailed to me within 2 mins, pity i did not take note of her name cause i did not expect anything bad from Bruma Finance. I called again yesterday, the 28th of Janu 2015 at 14:58 and i spoke to a lady by the name of Kgomotso she said the settlement letter will be emailed, when i asked for a ref number, she mentioned that Lerato is the one who sends out the letters, no sign of a settlement letter till now.Is it rocket science????? Why make promises you cannot keep!, i am sure if i was applying for a loan the process would be so much quicker, now i want to pay up the loan and i get stories!<br> <br> Please have this investigated urgently! I need the settlement letter urgently,pay up my loan and never bother you again!<br> <br> <br> Amanda
