****MED - loan taken out on my name by someone else?!?

I have been hackles by HTN ATTORNEYS to say that I have a loan with Bruma Finance from 2016 that has been unpaid.

I have never taken a loan with Bruma Finance and have told attorneys such. I have no idea how they got my information, an email address that I do not use anymore and my phone number. HTN attorneys now say its my problem and that I must now go do an affidavit.

HOW THE HELL DOES A FINANCE LOAN INSTITUTION GET MY DETAILS AND NOT CHECK THAT THEY INFORMATION IS LEGITIMATE??????!!!!!

Now I must sort this out to get it removed from my name as my credit rating is now affected.

I have never received any documentation about supposid loan nor the attorneys or Bruma Finance issue me with signed documentation from myself.
