RIDICULOUS RULES!

<p>I had a R6,000 loan approved yesterday from Bruma Finance, to which I signed the documents as I needed the money desperately however the situation changed in the interim and I have since decided to cancel the loan, the money was deposited into my account this morning and I phoned to advise that I no longer require the loan and needed a settlement letter to my horrific suprise the settlement letter has an amount of R6,933.15 as an amount to settle including insurance, ineterest, etc. how the hell can I have an extra R933.15 extra to pay for money that has only been in my account for 20 MINUTES!! Its very saddening that Bruma Finance don't want to make an exception ESPECIALLY because I've been such a long standing, loyal and good paying customer with previous loans I've had with them. Well NEVER EVER again!</p>
