Request for proof of payment ignored!

I requested a proof of payment from Bruma Finances since 23 February 2016. Today (14 March 2016) will be the 9th requested for the proof of payment with no replay from them at all. I phoned, emailed and left a message on their web site. (I have received confirmation that the payment that they are responsible for, and the proof of payment I am waiting on, is as yet not done!) I am annoyed as I have no way to follow up on my request as I have tried and failed on all the methods available to me! I am truly disappointed in Bruma Finances.
