Refund

<p>I paid my last instalment on the 25.04.2017 of an amount of R810.36 but the debited R1,014.09 and I was told that the difference will be refunded in my bank account. I only received R97 after numeruos calls . I'm not haapy about this because the refund that was supposed to be paid to my account is supposed to be R203.73.I called and I was told I couldnt talk to their accounts dept. This is not fair please can I have my outstanding balance as I have paid my account in full and I have never skipped payment.</p>
