Really Bad service

Last week I app**** for a loan with Bruma Finance. It was approved, however they then declined it because I work for a security company. Nowhere on any of the application form or contract that I signed did it stipulate if I work for a security company I cannot get a loan. I feel that I have been cheated by Bruma and **** to. They need to make this clear.
