My sister app**** for a loan of R10 000 she thought she was doing an application via Bruma Finance. She was advised to pay R1700 in order for her to get the R10 000 she did that, when she called them to check when are they going to do a transfer she was advised to deposit an amount of R3700 and then she told them that she does not have R3700, she was then advised to buy R300 airtime for cancellation. We called them and the lady by the name of Amanda dropped the phone while we were talking to her, but she advised us to buy R300 airtime for cancellation and I advised her that is impossible I don't think Bruma can request airtime from customers. R1700 was paid into Capitec bank and they couldn't do the reversal they said the account is already closed.
