Pathetic service I want my money back !!!!!

Why do they have to lie to customers ? I app**** for a loan last week I received an email confirming that my loan application has been approved. I was asked by Pamela (consultant) to deposit 2,500 to ZP Molois account to enable the lawyer draft a contract agreement between me and Bruma Finance I did that and forwarded all the documents they had sent me,I was promised that my account will be credited within 45 minutes till today nobody is responding to my emails or calls, and now I am requested to pay another 2,650 really!! they are so disgusting I just want my money back.
