not getting back to a person and sorting thins out

I Phoned in on the 20th of Dec 2017 -to ask why my account is in arrears with R48.00, i have a debit order going off my account, they told me its a IT problem and they will fix it and get back to me.

Its now the 6th of Jan 2018 no one has got back to me getting promises that they will phone me. I phoned in 8 times to find out where this matter is. This is stopping my ITC from buying a house, its quit embarrassing my banker to me sorry sir application is declined because of Bruma Finance is in arrears with R48.00, also can get car finance because of this.

Here it goes as follows with my calling dates and no one to phone me back.
