No feedback on loan

We app**** for a lone ages ago. A agent called Sam called us and ask us to get some payment confirmation from the bank which we did on Saturday we are on Wednesday and the agents told me Sam resigned yesterday and no one can give me any more progress on the application they gave me this number *** to call Sam on i don't know why we have send all the papers through and is still waiting .
