No feedback

<p>I app**** for a loan on the 25th April 2017. I was contacted by a consultant on the 26 April to send my documents through while I was on leave and at home. I sent through the requested docs but more documenttation was required that I could only get after the long weekend. On Tiesday I sent some of the docs requested but yet again the format was wrong and still more info was required. During the course of last week I had to send documents alomost daily. On Saturday I enquired what the outcome was but was told that the application was cancelled and that I should wait until Monday to speak to the consultant dealing with the matter. I called today, 08 May, but yet again no clarity was given as to why it was cancelled. I have never been through such a long process before. All I require is for an outcome for this application. An expectation was created and now there is no answer at all.</p>
