Name still on ITC for Paid up accounts

I have paid up 2 accounts last year with Bruma and not owing a cent. They have not updated my name on ITC this is reflecting negatively on my name. I have send emails to them and no positive outcome and it seems like I am being ignored my cries are falling on deaf ears.
