Loan declined because company changed name

Submitted paperwork for a loan which was declined, reasons given were the company I work for has not been registered for more than 2 years. My pay slip says I have been employed by the same company for more 4+ years. Consultant says I must get a letter from the company to clarify name change. Isn’t this done by Bruma via my company’s HR department?
